Shipping & Delivery of bedding products
Once your order is shipped, we will notify you by email with the tracking number so that you can track it. Bedding products are shipped within 2 business days of your order using the following shipping methods:
- Standard: If you choose our standard shipping, your order will be shipped from our warehouse by standard ground services such as USPS or FedEx Ground. Standard ground transportation is free of charge.
- Overnight delivery: if you wish to have your products delivered by overnight shipping, you may choose this option during checkout. Extra charge will be applied for overnight shipping.
- Canada: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
- International: USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping & Delivery of Canvas prints
Canvas Prints are made to order and are numbered and signed by the artists. They are shipped within 14 days of your order using international priority mail. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you by email with the tracking number so that you can track it
Duties and Taxes
ARTnBED is not responsible for individual states' taxes pertaining to online purchases. For all international orders certain duties such as customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees may apply. ARTnBED can not be held responsible for such duties.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our bedding products! If you don't love them, take advantage of our risk free return policy:
- If you return the products within 30 days of receiving them, unused and unwashed with the original packaging intact - we will issue a full (100%) refund excluding fees of expedite delivery, if any
- If you are not satisfied with the products after you have opened the package and wish to return them to us within 30 days of receiving them, we will issue a full (100%) refund excluding fees of expedite delivery, if any, and restocking fees. Restocking fees are $25 for duvet covers/duvet cover sets and $7.50 for shams
You are responsible for the return delivery cost. In the event where the return is a result of an error on our part (incorrect or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
In order to return an item, please request your RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number by sending an email to our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org with your complete order information and reason for this request. We will send you back a RMA number and instructions that will guide you on the product return process. After we receive the products and inspect them, we will issue a full refund within two (2) business days
When you place an order with us, we will request your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, mail address and credit card information. This information may be used by us in order to contact you with any questions and/or keep you informed about your order and/or send you promotional information by email. In addition and in order to better serve you in the future, we may maintain a record of the products you have purchased with us as a reference of your product preferences.
We will not share, trade or transfer this information to outside parties except for certain sub-contractors who assist us in servicing you as long as they commit to keep this information confidential.
